Its aim is to document the company’s best practices to satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers and to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the company. All processes at 1000shapes are oriented towards maintaining the best product and service quality for the benefit of our customers.
The quality management system addresses corporate quality policies, including roles, authorities and responsibilities. It contains operating procedures, that describe actual processes, guidelines and controls that apply to central activities of the company. 1000shapes monitors, measures and analyzes the relevant processes through internal audit procedures, and takes action to achieve planned results and to deliver the continuous improvement of 1000shapes’ products, services and processes. All of our employees are challenged on an ongoing basis to contribute to this process.
